What StellaNova is
StellaNova is a chat service run by MyUSA. You ask a question, choose the AI model that answers it, and — if you set it up — let StellaNova help with things that live in accounts you connect, like a calendar or a file. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the controls you have over it.
Information you give us
We collect the email address on your account and the conversations you have with StellaNova, so you can come back to them.
On About You, you can save Personal Context — details you choose to give StellaNova so it remembers them without you repeating yourself. It is yours: add it, edit it, or delete it whenever you want.
If you buy credits or join the monthly plan, your purchase is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
Information from accounts you choose to connect
StellaNova only accesses what you set up on What StellaNova Can Help With.
It retrieves information from a connected account only when you ask for help that needs it, and it does not keep copies of what it retrieves.
Nothing from a connected account is added to what StellaNova remembers about you unless you tell it to.
You can stop a connection at any time. The moment you do, we delete the access keys immediately.
Google user data
StellaNova's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain words: information from a connected Google account is used only to provide the features you turn on. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it. No one at MyUSA reads it except with your permission, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it. The access keys that let StellaNova reach your account are stored encrypted, and we delete them the moment you disconnect.
AI processing
What you type — and anything StellaNova retrieved on your behalf from a connected account — is sent to the AI model tier you selected, through our model gateway, so it can write the answer that streams back to you. MyUSA does not use your content to train AI models.
We route to a small set of AI model providers behind the scenes; you choose the model tier that answers with the picker in chat. The provider serving your chosen tier processes your request in order to produce the answer.
What we keep and for how long
Conversations and Wins stay on your account until you delete them. Connected-account access keys stay until you disconnect, then they are gone immediately.
We also keep content-free usage records, such as counts and timestamps, for billing, security and reliability. These usage records do not contain the words of your conversations.
Your controls
About You is where you manage your Personal Context. What StellaNova Can Help With is where you connect, adjust, or stop any account. You can delete a conversation or a Win at any time from the app.

Changes
